Who We Are

Our Illinois-based therapists bring specialized training and genuine compassion to their work. With expertise spanning ADHD, chronic illness, trauma recovery, and anxiety, they're equipped to support you through whatever you're facing.

We're proud to offer affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and focus areas including women's issues, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Our team uses evidence-based approaches while incorporating creative methods that actually resonate, because therapy shouldn't feel one-size-fits-all.

Whether you're an adolescent figuring things out, a young adult navigating major changes, or someone seeking support at any stage of life, our licensed clinical professional counselors are here to help you write your next chapter.

Women's Issues, Self Esteem and Anxiety

MEd, LCPC, NCC

Hi, I'm glad you're here! It's an honor for me to work with my clients and to create a space that is non-judgmental, warm, safe, and collaborative. I work with individuals who want to explore anxiety, emerging adulthood, life transitions, women's issues, those transitioning to a life with Type I diabetes, identify development, relationship (familial, friendship, romantic etc.) challenges and more.

My intentions for my clients are for them to feel supported, validated and inspired to set goals and allow for self-exploration. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, strength-based and social justice focused. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities like IFS, narrative therapy and somatic expiereincing to best support my clients.

I believe that therapy is there to help you feel freed, empowered and understood in order to live your life to its potential.

Hello and welcome! Thank you for considering going on this journey with me! Here is a little bit about me- I have experience working with issues such as trauma, suicidal ideation, family dynamics, ADHD, Autism, anxiety, and depression. I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan.

As a therapist that identifies as Queer and Neurodivergent, I am passionate about working with and advocating for LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as other marginalized identities. I welcome topics such as diversity and identity in the counseling room.

When I am not practicing therapy, I enjoy singing, songwriting, and playing instruments. I also love to include music and art within therapy. I feel that utilizing creativity and mindfulness can be healing in many ways.

I believe that everyone has a story to tell and thank you for being open to sharing yours with me.
