Other times it is a quieter sense that something is not quite right, such as struggles with body image, identity, sexuality, or belonging. Many of our clients are in their twenties and thirties, navigating early adulthood and asking big questions about who they are and how they want to live. We also support teens and adults living with autism, chronic illness, or other long term conditions. What connects our clients is a willingness to look inward with honesty and care, even when it feels tender or hard.

Our work is grounded in approaches that are both effective and compassionate. Internal Family Systems helps us gently understand the different parts of you, including protective parts, wounded parts, and the core self beneath them, all without judgment. We also use narrative work to explore the stories you have learned to tell about yourself, your relationships, and your past, and to gently separate you from patterns or identities that no longer fit. Mindfulness supports staying connected to the present moment, especially when emotions feel intense or confusing. Trauma informed care honors your past experiences while helping you move forward with more choice, clarity, and ease. Therapy is shaped around your needs and your pace.
